The material has relatively low moisture absorption, but conditioning treatment for nylon products should be noted. Density is approx. 1.30 g/cm³, melting point approx. 260°C, high heat deflection temperature (approx. 200°C at 1.8 MPa), and long-term service temperature up to 120-140°C. It offers good electrical insulation, chemical resistance and oil resistance.
Uses:Suitable for manufacturing electronic and electrical components, connectors, coil bobbins, switches, relays, and automotive engine peripheral parts, especially for applications requiring high flame resistance and halogen-free environmental protection.
