Physical Properties:Natural or slightly yellowish granules, density about 1.10~1.14 g/cm³, melting point 255~265℃, relatively high water absorption with equilibrium water absorption about 2.5%. Soluble in strong polar solvents such as concentrated sulfuric acid and formic acid, insoluble in common organic solvents. This grade is super-tough with excellent impact resistance.
Uses:Suitable for mechanical parts, automotive components, power tool housings, sports equipment, and industrial fittings requiring high impact resistance and toughness. It can also be used to replace certain metal materials, reducing weight and improving design flexibility.
