After glass fiber reinforcement, mechanical strength, dimensional stability and heat resistance are significantly improved, allowing it to replace metal or nylon parts with embedded metal inserts.
Uses:Glass fiber reinforced PA66 is used for parts requiring high rigidity, dimensional stability and heat aging resistance, such as turn signal switch devices, automobile mirror frames and mountain bike wheels. It can replace metal or nylon products with embedded metal parts, including screws, nuts, gears, bushings, pulleys, sliders, handles and instrument housings, and is widely used in the automotive industry, textile machinery manufacturing, chemical industry and electronics industry.
