Physical Properties:Black polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) engineering plastic reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It crystallizes quickly and is easy to mold; has a melting point of approximately 225°C and good heat resistance. The glass fiber reinforcement provides high mechanical strength, while low water absorption ensures excellent dimensional stability. It also exhibits low friction coefficient, good wear resistance, excellent chemical/solvent/weather resistance, good flexural creep behavior, high dielectric strength, and good electrical properties. It can be joined by ultrasonic welding for easy assembly.
Uses:It is suitable for high-rigidity and heat-resistant parts in household appliances, electronics, electrical, automotive and mechanical applications. Common applications include coil bobbins, connectors, relays, switches, motor end caps, radiator parts and other injection-molded components requiring good dimensional stability and electrical properties.
