Physical Properties:PBT is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic polyester with a density of approximately 1.31–1.38 g/cm³ and a melting point around 225°C. It exhibits good heat aging resistance, with a UL temperature index of 120–140°C after reinforcement. It has high mechanical strength, good fatigue resistance, dimensional stability, and low creep. It is prone to hydrolysis under high temperature and high humidity, so application environments should be considered. It has good solvent resistance without stress cracking. Electrical insulation is excellent with a dielectric constant of 3.0–3.2, and electrical properties remain stable under humid or high-temperature conditions. It also shows good moldability with fast crystallization, good flowability, and low mold temperature requirements.
