Physical Properties:Milky white or light yellow granules, non-toxic and odorless. Density is about 1.31 g/cm³, and 1.53 g/cm³ when reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Melting point is approximately 224-230°C. It exhibits excellent impact toughness, fatigue resistance and creep resistance, as well as good electrical insulation and chemical resistance.
Uses:Mainly used for electronic and electrical components such as connectors, switches, relays, transformers and appliance housings; also used in automotive parts including door handles, bumpers, distributor caps and radiator grilles; and for industrial parts like OA fans, keyboard keys, lamp housings, motor casings and fuse boxes. When modified with glass fiber, it is suitable for electronic components requiring long-term service at elevated temperatures with high dimensional stability, and also for high-voltage electrical parts.
