Physical Properties:This product is a polycarbonate (PC) resin, transparent pellets, amorphous thermoplastic. Density approx. 1.20 g/cm³, glass transition temperature approx. 147°C, heat deflection temperature (1.82 MPa) approx. 120°C, light transmittance approx. 88%, excellent impact resistance, dimensional stability and heat resistance, usable from -60°C to 120°C. Insoluble in water, soluble in halogenated hydrocarbons such as dichloromethane and chloroform, resistant to dilute acids and aliphatic hydrocarbons, but poor resistance to alkalis and solvents.
Uses:Mainly used in food contact applications, can be used to produce food packaging containers, drinking water bottles, tableware, etc., meeting food contact compliance requirements. Also used in electronics, automotive, and other fields.
