- 半透明至清晰透明的聚碳酸酯树脂，可采用注射成型加工。密度1.20 g/cm³，熔体流动速率（300°C/1.2 kg）约10 g/10min。吸水率低，饱和吸水率0.30%，平衡吸水率0.12%；成型收缩率0.60%~0.80%。力学性能优异，拉伸模量2400 MPa，拉伸屈服强度66 MPa，断裂伸长率130%，简支梁缺口冲击强度（23°C）70 kJ/m²。热变形温度（1.8 MPa）125°C，维卡软化温度约144°C，玻璃化转变温度145°C。电绝缘性能优异，体积电阻率1.0E+16 ohm·cm，介电强度34 kV/mm。阻燃等级达UL94 V-0（3.00 mm）。光学性能优良，透光率89%（1 mm），折射率1.586。可溶于二氯甲烷、氯仿等卤代烃，不溶于水、醇及大多数脂肪烃。

Physical Properties:Translucent to clear transparent polycarbonate resin, processable by injection molding. Density 1.20 g/cm³, melt flow rate (300°C/1.2 kg) approximately 10 g/10min. Low water absorption: saturated 0.30%, equilibrium 0.12%; molding shrinkage 0.60%-0.80%. Excellent mechanical properties: tensile modulus 2400 MPa, tensile yield strength 66 MPa, elongation at break 130%, notched Charpy impact strength (23°C) 70 kJ/m². Heat deflection temperature (1.8 MPa) 125°C, Vicat softening temperature approximately 144°C, glass transition temperature 145°C. Excellent electrical insulation: volume resistivity 1.0E+16 ohm·cm, dielectric strength 34 kV/mm. Flame retardancy rated UL94 V-0 (3.00 mm). Good optical properties: light transmittance 89% (1 mm), refractive index 1.586. Soluble in dichloromethane, chloroform and other halogenated hydrocarbons; insoluble in water, alcohols and most aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Uses:Suitable for lighting fixtures, such as LED lamp covers and tube lenses; used in automotive applications for headlamps, instrument panels, interior parts; also widely used in electronic appliance housings, optical lenses and transparent structural components.
