Physical Properties:PC/ABS alloy is a thermoplastic engineering plastic produced by blending polycarbonate (PC) with acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS). AC2300 is a general-purpose injection molding grade combining PC's excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability with ABS's good processing flowability. Density approx. 1.10-1.15 g/cm³, melt flow rate (260°C, 5 kg) approx. 10-20 g/10min, tensile strength approx. 50-60 MPa, flexural modulus approx. 2200-2500 MPa, Izod notched impact strength approx. 35-50 kJ/m², heat deflection temperature (1.82 MPa) approx. 105-120°C, water absorption approx. 0.1-0.3%.
Uses:Suitable for automotive interior/exterior parts, electronic device housings, communication equipment structural components, and home appliance parts. This grade is especially suited for injection molding of thin-walled complex parts, providing good surface gloss and excellent dimensional stability.
