Physical Properties:Appears as light yellow or white pellets. Density approx. 1.10–1.15 g/cm³. It combines the heat resistance and dimensional stability of polycarbonate with the processability of ABS, exhibits good impact resistance and low water absorption, with heat deflection temperature around 100–120 °C.
Uses:Mainly used in automotive interior and exterior parts (instrument panels, door panels, center console panels, spoilers), electronic appliance housings (notebook computers, mobile phones, charger shells), and home appliance components. It is suitable for injection molding of thin-walled and complex parts due to its high heat resistance, high impact strength and good dimensional stability.
