Physical Properties:Polycarbonate is an amorphous thermoplastic engineering plastic with excellent impact resistance, dimensional stability and transparency. Density about 1.20 g/cm³, glass transition temperature about 150°C, long-term service temperature -60~120°C, light transmittance about 88%, resistant to dilute acids, salts and aliphatic hydrocarbons, but soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons and other organic solvents.
Uses:Mainly used in the automotive field, for manufacturing automobile headlights, tail lights, instrument panels, bumpers and other interior and exterior parts; also widely used in electronic and electrical equipment, mechanical parts and other fields.
