Physical Properties:The PC/PBT alloy combines the impact resistance and heat resistance of polycarbonate with the chemical resistance and processing flowability of PBT. Typical density is about 1.20–1.24 g/cm³, processing melt temperature is approximately 250–270°C, heat deflection temperature is about 110–130°C (1.82 MPa), water absorption is low (about 0.1–0.2%), dimensional stability is good, low-temperature toughness is excellent, and it resists gasoline, oils, greases and many solvents.

Uses:It is mainly used for automotive interior and exterior parts, engine compartment components, medical devices, electronic display equipment, lighting fixtures, electrical appliance housings, outdoor products, garden equipment and aerospace components. Its outstanding chemical resistance, dimensional stability and low-temperature impact performance make it suitable for engineering parts requiring oil resistance, weathering resistance and structural strength. It is also used in food and industrial applications for products requiring repeated sterilization or solvent contact.
