Physical Properties:Normally a transparent amorphous copolyester with CHDM content above 50%. Density is about 1.20 g/cm³, light transmittance above 90%, low water absorption, and better chemical and heat resistance than ordinary PET.
Uses:A food-grade, heat-resistant copolyester mainly used for food containers, drinking water bottles, baby bottles, cosmetics and daily chemical packaging. Its good heat and chemical resistance makes it suitable for hot filling, pasteurization and microwave heating processes, as well as for extruded sheet, film and injection-molded products.
