Physical Properties:PEEK rod is off-white to dark gray in appearance, with a density of approximately 1.30–1.32 g/cm³, a melting point around 343°C, a glass transition temperature of about 143°C, and a long-term continuous service temperature of approximately 250°C. It exhibits excellent chemical resistance, radiation resistance, and flame retardance (UL94 V-0), as well as high mechanical strength, good wear resistance, low moisture absorption, and excellent dimensional stability.
