Physical Properties:This product is a white or slightly yellow granular masterbatch based on spinning-grade PET resin, compounded with melamine salt and phosphorus flame retardants. It is halogen-free, low-smoke, and low-toxicity, with excellent thermal stability and good compatibility with PET matrix. It does not precipitate or migrate during spinning and has minimal impact on fiber physical properties.
Uses:It is suitable for halogen-free flame-retardant modification of PET drawing products (fibers, filaments, nonwovens, etc.). Depending on flame retardancy requirements, the recommended dosage is 20%-25%, enabling the finished products to achieve corresponding flame retardant ratings (e.g., UL94 V-0) while maintaining good spinning processability.
