Physical Properties:Low density (0.86–0.91 g/cm³) and lightweight; excellent heat resistance and low-temperature performance with a wide service temperature range; good weatherability and aging resistance; good oil resistance, compression set resistance, and abrasion resistance; good flowability, excellent toughness, and processability.
Uses:Mainly used for impact modification and toughening of PP, PE, and PA, and for manufacturing bumpers, fenders, steering wheels, and pads in the automotive industry. It is also used in wire and cable insulation and jacketing requiring high heat and environmental resistance, especially in low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant compounds. Additionally, it is widely applied in industrial products such as hoses, conveyor belts, rubber sheets, and molded goods, as well as in medical devices, household appliances, sporting goods, toys, foamed midsoles and outsoles for sports shoes, flame-retardant masterbatches, stretch films, wrap films, and cling films.
