Physical Properties:Highly crystalline linear polymer with excellent comprehensive properties. Density approx. 1.41 g/cm³, tensile strength up to 70 MPa, long-term service temperature 104°C, brittle temperature -40°C, low water absorption and good dimensional stability. Excellent mechanical properties with high strength and modulus, low friction coefficient, good wear resistance, high creep resistance and stress relaxation resistance. Good dielectric properties with small changes in dielectric constant and dissipation factor over wide frequency and temperature ranges. However, thermal stability and weatherability are relatively poor; prolonged exposure to sunlight in air causes aging.
Uses:Mainly used in power tools and automotive fields for manufacturing gears, bearings, fasteners, door locks, seat belt components, instrument panels and other precision structural parts and housings.
