Physical Properties:Reinforced grade pellets in natural or light yellow color with 25% glass fiber. Density is approximately 1.59 g/cm³, melting point is about 165-175°C, and heat deflection temperature (at 1.82 MPa) is about 160°C. It has low water absorption, good dimensional stability, excellent fatigue resistance, creep resistance, and good chemical resistance to most organic solvents.
Uses:Suitable for injection molding. Commonly used to manufacture automotive fuel system parts, pump components, precision gears, bearings, electronic housings and structural parts, replacing some metal parts due to its high strength, rigidity and dimensional stability.
