Physical Properties:White or black plastic pellets with high hardness, high rigidity, and high wear resistance. Density is 1.42 g/cm³, specific gravity is 1.41-1.43 g/cm³, and water absorption is 0.22%-0.25%. Melting point is approximately 165-175°C, heat distortion temperature is 172°C, decomposition temperature is 240°C, and service temperature range is -40°C to 100°C. Good electrical insulation and excellent arc resistance. Not resistant to strong alkalis and oxidants, stable to dilute acids and weak acids, and good solvent resistance.
Uses:POM FFG2025 can replace most non-ferrous metals and is widely used in automotive parts, machine tool and instrument internal components, bearings, fasteners, gears, spring plates, pipes, and conveyor belt fittings. It is also suitable for household appliances and daily products such as electric kettles, pump housings, strainers, and faucets.
