Physical Properties:Copolymer acetal (POM) resin, medium viscosity, injection molding grade. It features high rigidity, excellent wear resistance and self-lubrication with a low coefficient of friction; low water absorption provides good dimensional stability; good heat resistance with long-term service temperature -40°C to 110°C and short-term up to 160°C; resistant to oil, solvents and chemicals. Moderate melt flow reduces warpage of molded parts.
Uses:Applicable to mechanical transmission parts such as gears, racks, worm gears, worms, sprockets, bearings, bushings, sliders, guide rails, rollers, cams, impellers, valve stem nuts and precision clips; automotive interior/exterior fasteners, door locks, handles, seat adjusters, fuel system components, pump bodies, valves, oil pipe connectors and transmission parts; switches, sockets, relays, connectors, buttons, motor pulleys, shafts, brackets, instrument housings, coil bobbins and other structural parts in electronic and electrical appliances; power tool housings, handles, gearboxes and internal structural parts of home appliances; also used for zippers, locks, hinges, slide rails, clock and camera parts, toys, luggage buckles, stationery, sanitary fittings and other precision wear-resistant parts.
