Physical Properties:POM is a highly crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic with a density of approximately 1.41–1.43 g/cm³ and a melting point of about 165–175°C. Grade M90 is medium-viscosity, while M270 is high-flow. It exhibits excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and chemical solvents, high hardness and rigidity, good dimensional stability, low wear, fatigue resistance, good electrical insulation, low warpage, and good flowability.
Uses:Used in automotive electronics, automotive exterior parts, engine hood components, gears, bearings, valves/valve parts, pumps, thin-wall products, wheels, and accessories, as well as rods, plates, and other profiles. Primary processing methods include injection molding and extrusion.
