Physical Properties:White translucent granules; density approx. 1.42 g/cm³, melting point 165–175°C, heat deflection temperature approx. 100°C (1.8 MPa). It features high rigidity, high strength, excellent fatigue resistance and creep resistance, low coefficient of friction, outstanding wear resistance, good dimensional stability and electrical insulation, and low water absorption. It resists organic solvents and weak alkalis, but is not resistant to strong acids and strong oxidants.
Uses:Mainly used in conductive products, communication products, electromagnetic shielding and RF interference protection, and wear-resistant engineering parts. Suitable for automotive electronics, bushings, office equipment, conveyor parts, as well as electronic/electrical components (washing machine and juice timer components), automotive parts (handlebars, power windows), mechanical parts (gears, handles, screws) and toys.
