Physical Properties:This series comprises thermoplastic engineering plastics with balanced high performance. POM has a density of about 1.41-1.43 g/cm³, a melting point around 175°C, high rigidity and wear resistance, good organic solvent resistance and dimensional stability. PA6/PA66 have densities of about 1.13-1.15 g/cm³; PA6 melts at about 220-225°C and PA66 at about 255-265°C, offering high strength, heat and wear resistance, but relatively high water absorption. PC has a density of about 1.19-1.20 g/cm³, a light transmittance of about 88%-90%, excellent impact toughness and heat resistance. PBT has a density of about 1.30-1.32 g/cm³, a melting point of about 223-228°C, high rigidity, low water absorption and good electrical insulation.
Uses:Widely used in automotive parts, electrical and electronic components, precision gears, bearings, coil bobbins, pump/valve housings and mechanical transmission parts. POM is suitable for precision sliding and transmission parts, PA6/PA66 for high-strength wear-resistant structural parts, PC for transparent protective covers and high-impact parts, and PBT for heat-resistant insulating electrical parts and automotive connectors.
