- 聚丙烯是由丙烯聚合制得的热塑性树脂，按甲基排列位置分为等规聚丙烯、无规聚丙烯和间规聚丙烯三种。无毒、无味，密度0.89-0.91 g/cm³，强度、刚度、硬度及耐热性均优于低压聚乙烯，可在100℃左右使用，连续使用温度可达110-120℃。几乎不吸水，与绝大多数化学药品不反应，具有良好的介电性能和高频绝缘性且不受湿度影响。缺点是低温时变脆，制品耐寒性差、低温冲击强度低，不耐磨、易老化，易燃烧，染色性、印刷性和黏合性较差。

Physical Properties:Polypropylene is a thermoplastic resin produced by polymerization of propylene. Based on the arrangement of methyl groups, it is classified into isotactic polypropylene, atactic polypropylene, and syndiotactic polypropylene. It is non-toxic and odorless, with a density of 0.89-0.91 g/cm³. Its strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance are superior to those of low-density polyethylene, and it can be used at around 100°C, with a continuous service temperature of 110-120°C. It absorbs almost no water and is unreactive with the vast majority of chemicals. It exhibits good dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation unaffected by humidity. However, it becomes brittle at low temperatures, has poor cold resistance and low impact strength at low temperatures, is not abrasion-resistant, and is prone to aging, flammability, and poor dyeability, printability, and adhesion.
Uses:Used to manufacture industrial-grade, food-grade, and medical-grade plastic products such as pipes, containers, packaging films, fibers, automotive parts, and home appliance components. It can also be processed into pipes, sheets, and various injection-molded articles.
