Physical Properties:PPA A-4122 is a semi-crystalline polyphthalamide resin produced by polycondensation of terephthalic acid and hexamethylenediamine, offering excellent high-temperature resistance, mechanical strength, and chemical resistance. It has a high heat deflection temperature, continuous use temperature above 180°C, low moisture absorption, good dimensional stability, and excellent electrical insulation and creep resistance.
Uses:PPA A-4122 is primarily used in automotive engine compartment components, electrical/electronic connectors, relays, coil bobbins, gears, bearings, and other high-performance engineering parts requiring high-temperature resistance, high strength, and dimensional stability in demanding applications.
