Physical Properties:Based on PPA (polyphthalamide) resin, compounded with carbon fiber, carbon black, metal fibers and other conductive fillers. It offers excellent electrical conductivity and anti-static performance while maintaining high mechanical strength, good toughness and dimensional stability. It is resistant to heat, cold, weathering and chemicals, and features self-lubrication and wear resistance. Density is approximately 1.20-1.45 g/cm³ with high heat deflection temperature and low water absorption.
Uses:Widely used in electronic component trays, semiconductor wafer cassettes, housings for electrostatic-sensitive equipment, fuel system components, industrial rollers and transmission parts that require electrical conductivity, anti-static protection or EMI shielding.
