- PPA（聚邻苯二甲酰胺）是由邻苯二甲酸与邻苯二胺缩聚制得的热塑性功能型尼龙，兼具半结晶态与非结晶态结构，具有优异的热、电、物理及耐化学性综合性能。在200℃连续高温、潮湿、油污及化学腐蚀环境下仍保持高刚性、高强度、高尺寸精度和低翘曲性，兼具耐疲劳性与抗蠕变性。热稳定性优于PA46，具更好的CTI耐电弧性能和红外回流焊能力。对汽油、柴油、机油、矿物油及变压器油等各类油品具有优越抗性（150℃下依然稳定），适合长期室外使用。

Physical Properties:PPA (polyphthalamide) is a thermoplastic functional nylon produced by polycondensation of phthalic acid and phthalenediamine, with both semi-crystalline and amorphous structures and excellent combined thermal, electrical, physical and chemical resistance. It maintains high rigidity, high strength, high dimensional accuracy and low warpage even under harsh conditions such as continuous high temperature at 200 °C, humidity, oil contamination and chemical corrosion, along with good fatigue resistance and creep resistance. It offers higher thermal stability than PA46, better CTI arc resistance and IR reflow soldering capability. It provides outstanding resistance to gasoline, diesel, engine oil, mineral oil, transformer oil and other oils even at 150 °C, and is suitable for long-term outdoor use.
Uses:Used in electronic and electrical components, automotive parts and engineering fittings. Based on amorphous PPA, it offers high hardness and excellent flexural, tensile and impact strength at elevated temperatures, and resists long-term tensile creep. Its rigidity and strength at 120 °C even exceed those of PPS and PEEK, making it especially suitable for replacing die-cast alloys to reduce costs.
