- 熔点268℃，加热至330℃有分解倾向；热变形温度可达190℃以上，脆化温度为-170℃。密度约1.06 g/cm³，质轻无毒。阻燃性良好，具有自熄性，与HIPS混合后具有中等可燃性。吸水率很低，约0.06%，但微量水分会导致制品表面出现银丝。具有优良的机械强度、耐应力松弛、耐蠕变性、耐热性、耐水性、耐水蒸汽性和尺寸稳定性。电性能优异，介电常数和介电损耗在工程塑料中属于最小品种之一，几乎不受温度、湿度影响。耐无机酸、碱，但不耐芳香烃、卤代烃、油类，易溶胀或应力开裂。耐光性差，长时间在阳光下使用会变色。熔融流动性差，加工成型困难。

Physical Properties:Melting point is 268°C, with a tendency to decompose when heated to 330°C. Heat deflection temperature can reach above 190°C, and brittle temperature is -170°C. Density is about 1.06 g/cm³, light weight and non-toxic. Good flame retardancy, self-extinguishing, moderately flammable when blended with HIPS. Very low water absorption, about 0.06%, but trace moisture may cause silver streaks on product surfaces. Excellent mechanical strength, stress relaxation resistance, creep resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, steam resistance, and dimensional stability. Outstanding electrical properties, with dielectric constant and dielectric loss among the smallest in engineering plastics, almost unaffected by temperature and humidity. Resistant to inorganic acids and alkalis, but poor resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, and oils, prone to swelling or stress cracking. Poor light resistance, discolors under prolonged sunlight exposure. High melt viscosity, difficult processing and molding.
Uses:Suitable for food and pharmaceutical industries due to its light weight and non-toxicity. Can be blended with ABS, HDPE, PPS, PA, HIPS, glass fiber, etc. Widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, automobiles, machinery and other fields for manufacturing heat-resistant, flame-retardant, electrically insulating parts.
