Physical Properties:Polyphenylene sulfide is a white to light yellow granular material with a density of about 1.35 g/cm³, melting point of 280-285°C, heat deflection temperature above 260°C, and long-term service temperature of 220-240°C. It exhibits excellent mechanical strength, especially outstanding flexural strength and good elastic recovery; good creep resistance and fatigue resistance under high temperature and high load; can withstand immersion in 260°C solder for 10 seconds, suitable for surface mounting; excellent chemical resistance, flame retardancy and electrical insulation.
Uses:Mainly used in electrical/electronic fields (connectors, coil bobbins, etc.), industrial products (watch cases, cleaning tools, computer and OA parts, etc.), and automotive fields (sensors, carburetors, electronic control parts, etc.). Suitable for injection molding and extrusion processing.
