- PPS A504为线性高分子量聚苯硫醚树脂，呈浅黄色至棕色颗粒。高强度、高模量，尺寸稳定性好，产品精度高，低翘曲、低收缩变形；耐高温，热变形温度超过260℃，长期使用温度超过130℃；耐水解、耐油性优异，尤其耐热水水解不降解；耐化学性突出，可承受中酸中碱等级化学环境；自身阻燃达V-0级别，无卤无磷；表面光滑无浮纤，表面光亮，水流阻力小，动平衡优异；易喷涂，喷涂后不变形，附着力强；通过850℃灼热丝标准，耐焊接性优异，焊接不变形不起泡；长期耐蠕变性小，热稳定性优异。加工流动性好，低毛边、低气体析出。

Physical Properties:PPS A504 is a linear high-molecular-weight polyphenylene sulfide resin supplied as light-yellow to brown granules. It offers high strength and high modulus, excellent dimensional stability, low warpage and low shrinkage; high heat resistance with a heat deflection temperature above 260°C and a continuous service temperature above 130°C; outstanding hydrolysis, oil and hot-water resistance; good chemical resistance to medium acid and alkali environments. It achieves a V-0 flame rating and is halogen-free and phosphorus-free. The surface is smooth, glossy and free from fiber float, giving low fluid resistance and excellent dynamic balance. It is easy to paint with strong adhesion and no deformation after coating. It passes the 850°C glow wire test, exhibits excellent soldering heat resistance without deformation or blistering, and shows low creep and superior thermal stability. It also features high flow, low flash and low outgassing.
Uses:Suitable for corrosion- and heat-resistant parts in fluid applications such as pump housings, valves, impellers, rotors and pipes; motor insulators, coil bobbins, lamp sockets and hair dryer parts in home appliances; connectors, IC housings, fiber optic connectors and micro switches in electronics; and cooling, braking, fuel, lighting and electrical systems in automotive applications.
