Physical Properties:White, highly crystalline, hard and brittle polymer with a relative density of approximately 1.3 and extremely low water absorption (about 0.03%). It exhibits excellent flame retardancy with a limiting oxygen index above 44%. The material has high mechanical strength, with a flexural modulus up to 3.8 GPa. It possesses outstanding heat resistance, withstanding short-term exposure up to 260°C and long-term use at 200–240°C. Its electrical insulation performance is excellent, featuring low dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent. It also shows good chemical corrosion resistance and is stable against most acids, esters, ketones, aldehydes, phenols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Uses:Used in automotive functional parts such as exhaust recirculation valves, water pump impellers, and pneumatic signal regulators, where it can replace metal. Suitable for high-temperature electrical components, including brushes, brush holders, starter coils, shielding covers, transformer frames, and integrated circuit carriers. Also applied in mechanical housings, structural parts, wear-resistant parts, and sealing materials such as pump bodies, valves, bearings, bearing brackets, piston rings, and gears.
