It possesses high toughness and impact strength, significantly improving the brittleness of conventional PPS resins. It demonstrates outstanding creep resistance under high temperature and high load, as well as excellent fatigue resistance under cyclic stress. With extremely low ionic impurities, it shows minimal volume resistivity change under high humidity and high temperature, and its dielectric constant remains almost unaffected by frequency and temperature, offering exceptional electrical insulation. It has strong chemical resistance, low water absorption, and can withstand immersion in a 260°C solder bath for 10 seconds, meeting surface mount technology requirements for electronic components.
