Density is approximately 1.35 g/cm³, melting point is approximately 280°C. It exhibits excellent electrical insulation, high mechanical strength, good dimensional stability and low water absorption.
Uses:Applicable in the electrical and electronic industry, suitable for high-temperature electrical components with ambient temperatures above 200°C; can be used to manufacture brushes, brush holders, starter coils, shielding covers and blades for generators and engines. In televisions, it is used for high-voltage housings, sockets, terminals and terminal boards; in the electronics industry, it is used to manufacture transformer, choke and relay frames and housings, as well as integrated circuit carriers; its high-frequency performance enables the manufacture of Class H coil formers and trimmer capacitors. In the mechanical industry, it is suitable for housings, structural parts, wear-resistant parts and sealing materials, including pump bodies, valves, bearings, bearing brackets, piston rings and gears.
