Component A is a solvent-based polymer that mainly reduces the viscosity of paint; Component B is a modified polyacrylamide flocculant, appearing as white granules or emulsion. The relative density of Component A is approximately 1.0–1.2, and Component B is soluble in water. The combined use of the two components effectively breaks the stickiness of paint residue and keeps it suspended on the water surface for easy removal.
Uses:Used in water-curtain spray booth circulating water treatment. It attracts and surrounds paint droplets, removes their stickiness, separates surfactants, degreasers, resins and other impurities, and promotes coagulation and floating of paint residue, keeping the circulating water clean. Suitable for circulating water systems in various types of spray painting workshops.
