Physical Properties:This equipment is a hot air circulation drying device. The inner chamber is made of SUS316 stainless steel plates with high-temperature Teflon anti-corrosion coating on the inner wall and electrostatic plastic spraying on the outer wall. The working temperature ranges from room temperature to 250°C with a temperature control sensitivity of ±1°C and a heating rate of 3-4°C/min. It adopts vertical air supply, with hot air discharged from the guide outlets on both sides of the chamber and sucked from the middle.
Uses:It is mainly used for drying silicon materials such as polycrystalline silicon, monocrystalline silicon, silicon wafers and silicon rods after acid washing in the solar PV industry, and is also widely used for heating and drying after acid or alkali washing. After cleaning, graphite boats are dried by hot air circulation with automatic control of the whole process, improving drying efficiency and corrosion resistance.
