Physical Properties:The glass transition temperature is below room temperature, elongation at break is greater than 50%, and it recovers well after removal of external force. It has a wide hardness range that can be adjusted from Shore A to Shore D. It can be heat plasticized, with little or no chemical crosslinking, a basically linear molecular structure, and certain physical crosslinking. It also exhibits excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and low-temperature resistance.
Uses:Suitable for thermoplastic processing methods such as injection molding and extrusion. It is widely used in shoe materials, hoses, wire and cable sheaths, films, seals, and automotive parts, as well as for manufacturing elastic structural components and high-strength industrial fittings.
