- 塑料ABS无毒、无味，呈象牙色半透明或不透明颗粒或粉状，吸水率低，制品可着成各种颜色，并具有90%的高光泽度。密度为1.05~1.18g/cm³，收缩率为0.4%~0.9%，弹性模量为2GPa，泊松比为0.394，吸湿性<1%，熔融温度217~237℃，热分解温度>250℃。热变形温度为93~118℃，制品经退火处理后还可提高10℃左右；在-40℃时仍能表现出一定的韧性，可在-40~100℃的温度范围内使用。电绝缘性较好，几乎不受温度、湿度和频率的影响。耐水、无机盐、碱及多种酸，但可溶于酮类、醛类及氯代烃中，受冰乙酸、植物油等侵蚀会产生应力开裂。耐候性差，在紫外光作用下易降解。

Physical Properties:ABS plastic is non-toxic, odorless, ivory-colored translucent or opaque granules or powder, with low water absorption, can be colored in various shades, and exhibits 90% high gloss. Density is 1.05~1.18 g/cm³, shrinkage is 0.4%~0.9%, elastic modulus is 2 GPa, Poisson's ratio is 0.394, moisture absorption is <1%, melting temperature is 217~237°C, and thermal decomposition temperature is >250°C. Heat distortion temperature is 93~118°C, which can be increased by about 10°C after annealing. It retains certain toughness at -40°C and can be used in the temperature range of -40~100°C. It has good electrical insulation, almost unaffected by temperature, humidity and frequency. It is resistant to water, inorganic salts, alkalis and many acids, but is soluble in ketones, aldehydes and chlorinated hydrocarbons, and may suffer stress cracking when attacked by glacial acetic acid, vegetable oils, etc. Its weather resistance is poor and it is prone to degradation under ultraviolet light.
