Physical Properties:Made of metal core plate and flexible graphite composite, it is soft, has good sealing fit, self-lubricating, high-temperature resistant, and excellent compression recovery. Temperature resistance -200℃~450℃ (air), up to 600℃ in inert environment; pressure rating PN10~PN100; density 1.6~1.8 g/cm³; compression ratio 18%~30%, recovery rate ≥15%; sulfur content ≤800ppm, chlorine content ≤50ppm. Resistant to steam, hot oil, water, weak acids and alkalis, flue gas, and organic solvents; not resistant to concentrated nitric acid, fuming sulfuric acid and other strong oxidants.
Uses:Used for sealing flange connections of boiler flanges, heat exchangers, high-temperature steam pipelines, etc. Suitable for sealing positions with high temperature, high pressure and slight vibration. It can replace asbestos gaskets and PTFE-coated gaskets in high-temperature conditions, with long service life.
