Physical Properties:This equipment is a modular laboratory-grade vacuum reactor capable of dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing and mixing materials under vacuum or pressure conditions. The allowable working temperature is up to 120°C (high-temperature option available), achievable vacuum is -0.096 MPa (positive pressure optional), and processable viscosity up to 130,000 cP (ultra-high viscosity option available). It supports various working environments including sealed, open, atmospheric, vacuum, gas-protected, high-temperature and low-temperature conditions. All wetted parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel + PTFE + borosilicate glass jacketed vessel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
Uses:Mainly used for dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing and mixing of materials in laboratory and small-batch production. It is suitable for fluid R&D and pilot-scale production in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and related industries. The highly modular design allows flexible configuration of optional accessories such as pH meter, conductivity meter, condenser, dropping funnel and aseptic sampling valve to meet customized requirements under various process conditions.
