- 全封闭立式三层结构，具备加热、冷却、保温及搅拌功能。内罐体内表面镜面抛光，表面粗糙度Ra<0.4μm；夹套形式可选择全夹套、半圆盘管夹套或蜂窝夹套；保温层填充珍珠棉、岩棉或聚氨酯浇注发泡。外壳体可进行镜面抛光、2B原色亚光或喷砂处理。各进出管口、视镜、人孔等工艺开孔与内罐体焊接处均采用翻边工艺圆弧过渡，光滑易清洗无死角，可按要求设计滴水边。

- 容积规格为10L~500L系列，可按需定制。 搅拌转速12~150r/min，可定速运行或配置无级调速及变频调速。 内罐体材质为SUS304或SUS316L，夹套及外保护壳体为SUS304。 标配快开式人孔、视镜、数显式或表盘式温度计、采样口、空气呼吸器、CIP清洗器及料液进出口等。

Physical Properties:Full-sealed vertical three-layer structure with heating, cooling, insulation and stirring functions. The inner surface of the tank is mirror-polished with surface roughness Ra<0.4μm. The jacket can be full jacket, semi-circular coil jacket or honeycomb jacket. The insulation layer is filled with pearl cotton, rock wool or polyurethane foaming. The outer shell can be mirror-polished, 2B raw matte or sandblasted. All process openings such as inlet/outlet pipes, sight glass and manhole are welded to the inner tank with flanging process and arc transition, smooth and easy to clean without dead corners, and a drip edge can be designed on the outer shell as required.
Uses:Mainly used for stirring and enzymatic hydrolysis in dairy, food, bioengineering, beverage, fruit wine and daily chemical industries. Suitable for enzymatic hydrolysis reaction, mixing and homogenization in laboratory and small-scale production. It can complete heating, cooling and insulation under fully sealed conditions, meeting hygienic cleanliness requirements.
