Physical Properties:Milky white semi-transparent cylindrical pellets with uniform color and low impurity content. Low viscosity and high fluidity enable fast mold filling, suitable for thin-walled and complex parts. High toughness, high impact strength and good low-temperature resistance prevent brittle cracking. Inherent wear resistance and self-lubrication give a low friction coefficient. Excellent heat resistance and electrical insulation, resistant to machine oil, grease and weak acids/alkalis, with good chemical stability. Consistent batch quality and minimal color variation.
Uses:A general-purpose engineering plastic suitable for injection-molded products such as automotive clips, cable ties, gaskets, valve seats and interior structural parts; electronic connectors, switch housings and insulating frames; industrial gears, bearing cages and wear-resistant components; and household appliances, textile accessories and sporting equipment.
