Physical Properties:Transparent ABS is an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer prepared through a special modification process, which retains the excellent processing properties of traditional ABS while achieving high light transmission. It features a light transmittance of ≥90% and haze of <3%, delivering a crystal-clear visual effect. It resists yellowing during long-term use, with UV resistance superior to ordinary transparent ABS. In terms of mechanical strength, its Izod impact strength is ≥25kJ/m² (maintaining toughness even at -20°C), and flexural modulus is 2400MPa, balancing rigidity and deformation resistance. The melt flow index is 22g/10min (220°C/10kg), suitable for precision injection molding. The shrinkage rate is 0.4%-0.6%, providing excellent dimensional stability. Prior to processing, drying is required (80°C × 2-4 hours, dew point -40°C). Barrel temperature should be 180-220°C (with segmented temperature control), and mold temperature 50-80°C. Mirror-polished molds are recommended to achieve optimal light transmission. Avoid mixing with halogen-containing materials such as PVC. The product is RoHS/REACH certified and complies with food-contact grade standards.
