Physical Properties:Thermoplastic polyester-type polyurethane elastomer, Shore hardness approx. 98A, density approx. 1.2 g/cm³. Excellent abrasion resistance (more than 5 times that of natural rubber), high tensile strength (up to 70 MPa), high elongation at break (up to 1000%), good tear resistance, flex resistance, hydrolysis resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance. Low temperature resistance down to -50°C, heat resistance about 120°C. Good processability and weldability.
Uses:Used for extrusion and injection molding, mainly for spiral tubes, pneumatic tubes, round belts, blown bellows, fan belts and other tubing and belt products, as well as technical molded parts such as bushings, dust caps, seals and fittings. Due to its excellent wear resistance, oil resistance and elasticity, it is also applicable to shoe materials, sports equipment and industrial parts.
