Physical Properties:A non-toxic and environmentally friendly thermoplastic elastomer with a hardness range of Shore A 52~77 and low specific gravity. It offers excellent mechanical properties, weather resistance, heat resistance, rebound elasticity, chemical resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. It is free from eight major heavy metals, halogens, DOP plasticizers and other harmful substances, is recyclable, and complies with WEEE, RoHS, and SONY SS-00259 fourth edition environmental requirements. Before processing, it is recommended to dry with hot air at 80~90℃ for at least 2 hours, with continuous drying during injection molding.
Uses:Suitable for communication and electronic products as well as handheld grips. It is ideal for two-shot injection molding or co-extrusion processes, producing soft-touch, safe, and environmentally friendly elastic components.
