Physical Properties:This thermoplastic elastomer has a Shore D hardness of 35D–82D, offering high elasticity, high strength, high resilience and a soft touch. It exhibits good weatherability, heat resistance and processability; no vulcanization is required and it is recyclable. The material is non-toxic, food-contact safe, easily colored, and can be firmly overmolded onto PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS and other substrates.
Uses:This injection-molding and food-grade TPE is used for toothbrush handles, shoe materials, hoses, wire & cable sheaths, films/sheets, tape seals, gaskets, gears, bearings, sanitary daily-use products and outdoor products. It can be processed by injection molding or extrusion and is suitable for overmolding onto PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS and other substrates. The material provides high elasticity, high resilience and superior processability without vulcanization.
