Physical Properties:Built-in high-efficiency UV stabilizer, yellowing index below 3 after 3000 hours of QUV accelerated aging. Shore hardness D50, tensile strength 45 MPa, elongation at break 600%. Excellent flex fatigue resistance up to 100,000 cycles. Good low-temperature toughness with 90% impact strength retention at -40°C. Oil resistance meets ASTM D471, no swelling after 1000 hours immersion in 100# oil. Processing temperature 190-230°C, supporting injection molding, extrusion and blow molding.
Uses:Suitable for injection molding and extrusion processes, used to manufacture elastomeric components in automotive, electrical and electronic fields requiring low-temperature toughness, oil resistance and fatigue resistance.
