Physical Properties:Thermoplastic polyester elastomer with Shore hardness 37D. Excellent elasticity and fatigue resistance, good chemical resistance and heat resistance. Density approximately 1.15 g/cm³, melting point approximately 168°C. Melt viscosity can be adjusted via reactive chain extension technology to suit different processing methods.
Uses:Widely used in the automotive industry, accounting for over 70% of applications, such as engine intake ducts and dust covers. Suitable for extrusion molding to produce sheets, tubes, rods and wire coatings, and for injection molding to produce various shaped parts. High-viscosity TPEE prepared by reactive chain extension technology is suitable for blow molding large special parts, and can also be used in rotational molding and melt casting.
