Physical Properties:TPEE TX555 55D is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer with polybutylene terephthalate as hard segments and polyether or polyester polyol as soft segments, having a hardness of 55D. It exhibits excellent elastic recovery, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, and flexibility, along with good oil resistance, chemical resistance, and high/low temperature performance (service temperature range approximately -40°C to 150°C), as well as wear and flex resistance. The density is approximately 1.15-1.25 g/cm³, with a moderate melt flow rate and a wide processing window suitable for extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding.
Uses:This product is mainly used for chemical chain extension in polymer extrusion, allowing special segments to be blocked into the TPEE molecular chain to produce high-viscosity TPEE suitable for blow-molding large special parts such as engine intake air ducts. It is applicable in fields requiring damping, impact resistance, flex resistance, sealing performance, elasticity, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and sufficient strength, including automotive parts, stretchable flexible cords, hydraulic hoses, shoe materials, transmission belts, rotationally molded tires, gears, flexible couplings, silent gears, elevator guide rails, and anti-corrosion wear-resistant high/low-temperature resistant materials in chemical equipment pipes and valves.
