Physical Properties:A transparent thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer with a density of about 1.20 g/cm³. It features high mechanical strength and outstanding load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and damping performance. Its low glass transition temperature allows it to maintain good elasticity, flexibility, and other physical properties at -35 °C. It exhibits excellent high-temperature oil resistance and low mold shrinkage, as well as resistance to oil, corrosion, hydrolysis, and mildew.
Uses:It is suitable for producing truck fuel filter housings, offering superior oil resistance, high/low temperature performance, and cost advantages over PC, PSF, and PA12 housings, and can pass fuel filter air burst tests.
