Physical Properties:TPU 5719 is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, usually supplied as translucent or slightly yellow pellets. It features high elasticity, excellent abrasion resistance, good low-temperature flexibility, hydrolysis resistance and mildew resistance, and strong adhesion to various substrates. It is soluble in strong polar solvents such as dimethylformamide (DMF) and tetrahydrofuran (THF), but insoluble in water. As a polymer, it has no fixed boiling point; a flash point is not applicable, and it decomposes at high temperatures.
Uses:It is suitable for coating applications, can be used as an adhesive for bonding various substrates, and can also be used in fabric coatings to form flexible and wear-resistant protective layers. It is also applicable to films, composites and surface treatment agents.

Hardness: approximately 85 Shore A (typical value).

Pre-drying: dry at 80–100°C for 2–4 hours before processing.
